Our commitment

orbitbet.com is committed to handling complaints fairly, consistently and promptly. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please follow the process below.

Step 1 โ€” Contact our support team

In the first instance, please contact us:

Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, the relevant date(s) and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve straightforward complaints within 10 business days.

Step 2 โ€” Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to our Compliance Manager by replying to the acknowledgement email or writing to [email protected]. We will respond to escalated complaints within 15 business days.

Step 3 โ€” External dispute resolution

If your complaint relates to a wagering dispute and remains unresolved after our internal process, you may refer it to the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission (NTRWC). For privacy-related complaints, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

What we cannot do

We cannot reverse bets that have been validly accepted and settled in accordance with our rules, alter market outcomes, or process complaints relating to events outside our control.
