Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing orbitbet.com or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Operator

orbitbet.com is operated by ORBITBET PTY. LTD. (ABN 56 601 575 240), a company registered in Australia, licensed as a Sports Bookmaker by the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission (NTRWC) under the Racing and Betting Act 1983 (NT), Licence No. NT-RWC-SB-2017-0412.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be physically located in Australia at the time of wagering.
  • You must not be registered on the BetStop National Self-Exclusion Register or any state self-exclusion scheme.
  • You must not be a prohibited person under applicable Northern Territory or Commonwealth legislation.
  • Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds forfeited.

4. Account registration

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Verification

We are required by law to verify your identity before you may deposit, wager or withdraw. We may request government-issued identification at any time. Failure to pass verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

All financial transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen method and may take 1–5 business days.

7. Wagering rules

All bets are accepted subject to the applicable sport, market and match rules published on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. In the event of technical errors, system faults or obvious pricing mistakes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

8. Promotions and bonuses

Promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published at the time each promotion is made available. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time.

10. Intellectual property

All content on orbitbet.com, including text, graphics, logos, data and software, is owned by or licensed to ORBITBET PTY. LTD. and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBITBET PTY. LTD. is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the net deposits you made in that year.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia and, where applicable, the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.

13. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
